WELCOME TO THE MIDNIGHT SKILL SWEEPSTAKES!
This sweepstakes is an opportunity open to all. No purchase is necessary, but there are some rules. Please keep in mind that this sweepstakes is not sponsored or supported by any external platform provider such as Apple or Google.
PROMOTION DESCRIPTION
The sweepstakes is designed to promote and advertise online video games made available by Midnight Skill via the Midnight Skill App. No purchase, payment, entry fee or proof of purchase is required as a condition of entering the sweepstakes or receiving a prize. A purchase will not improve the chances of winning.
ELIGIBILITY
The sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States or and the District of Columbia who are eighteen years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law. The sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Employees of Midnight Skill and its affiliates are not eligible to win. The purchase of game credits from Midnight Skill does not automatically enter the purchaser in the sweepstakes.
HOW TO ENTER WITH PURCHASE OF E-CREDITS
Free promotional entries (“Sweeps Coins”) accompany the purchase of online video game credits (“Gold Coins”) sold by Midnight Skill. You cannot purchase entries directly. Entries also may be obtained without a purchase as described below. The sweepstakes does not differentiate between entries received in connection with a purchase of any Gold Coins and those received without a purchase.

You can always enter the sweepstakes for free! There are multiple alternative methods of entry. Please see http://support.midnightskill.com or the Midnight Skill App for more details.
PRIZES, GAMES AND ODDS OF WINNING
Only cash prizes are available. Not every entry will win a prize. You will play a fun game to see if you have won a prize. Each sweepstakes entry has several different games to play and each game may be played at various levels. Please refer to the rules screen in each game regarding the details of the game and total amount of prizes and winners available in a fully-loaded game. The odds of winning will depend on the game selected and the level selected. Prizes in Florida and New York will be limited to $5,000 per event.
TO CLAIM A PRIZE
Cash prizes must be redeemed at the retail location where the sweepstakes terminal is located. All prize winnings are subject to verification. Prizes are not transferable and no substitution of prizes is permitted. Prizes awarded from malfunction are not valid. Any discrepancy regarding the authenticity of prize winnings shall be decided by the retail location sponsor and all decisions are final. The promotional entries (“Sweeps Coins”) have no cash value. Sweeps Coins are only valid for a limited period of time and will thereafter automatically expire. Prize winners may be required to (i) show proof of eligibility, and (ii) complete and sign an IRS Form 1099-misc with a valid social security number
TAXES
All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
CHANGES TO THE GAMES
The sponsors reserve the right to change, modify and update the video games contained in the sweepstakes without notice. The sponsors may terminate and invalidate entries or prizes if misconduct or technical difficulties destroy, corrupt or otherwise affect the integrity of the game.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sweepstakes sponsors, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or in these Official Rules. By accepting a prize, the winner also agrees to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Midnight Skill, vendors associated with the Sweepstakes, and the respective officers, directors and employees of each of these entities (the “Sweepstakes Entities”), from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in any part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize awarded, or participation in this Sweepstakes. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the Sweepstakes mechanics or implementation will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. This sweepstakes is void outside the 50 United States and Washington D.C. and where prohibited. Entrant agrees to the collection, processing and storage of his or her personal data by Midnight Skill in the United States for purposes deemed appropriate. Purchasers of Gold Coins must agree to be bound by the Midnight Skill terms and conditions which are set forth on the Midnight Skill website.
USE OF E-CREDITS IN THE SOCIAL GAMING APP
Gold Coins that have been registered are available for use inside the GRC App to play mobile video games. Gold Coins cannot be used to pay for sales or use taxes, if applicable. At absolutely no time are Gold Coins refunded or rebated, unless required by law. Gold Coins may be subject to automatic tournament play.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD / TERMINATION
The promotional period begins on January 1, 2026 at 12am Eastern Time, and ends on December 31, 2026 at 11:59pm (Eastern Time), unless extended by Midnight Skill in its sole discretion. Midnight Skill also reserves the right to terminate this Sweepstakes at any time.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sweepstakes Entities which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, then the Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right at their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the prizes using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of or after (if applicable) this termination or suspension date. Sweepstakes Entities assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE, OR APPLICATION, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
